I came up with this sammich on a whim and boy oh boy is it yummmmmmy! It's so simple, I just had to share it. I hope you enjoy it too! It’s a great sandwich for a hot summer day.
Fresh Onion Keiser Roll (Publix makes good ones) or any yummy bread of your choice
Luscious Lemon Hummus (Sabrah brand)
Cucumber (sliced)
Lettuce
Tomato (sliced)
Slice open Keiser roll. Spread lemon hummus on both sides of bread...not too thin. Place cucumbers, tomato and lettuce on sandwich. Enjoy!!!
Remember: Sandwiches make a good snack, but sammiches are a meal.
